Description:

PCB terminal blocks are modular, insulated devices that mount on PCBs and secure two or more wires together. Terminal blocks are used to secure and/or terminate wires and, in their simplest form, consist of several individual terminals arranged in a long strip. Applications:

The terminal blocks are used in almost all electric appliances that need 240-volt power supply. Electric dishwashers, dryers and ranges use heating elements to produce heat. Heating elements need 240-volt electricity supply. The terminal block is normally located inside the appliance at the front or at the back. All the internal wires and the power cord connect to the terminal block. The terminal block is at the end of the power cord that supplies power to the appliance. It has connectors for attaching electric wires to them.
